*Change in patch test requirements due to COVID Vaccinations*
To ensure safety for all due to the current situation regarding the Coronavirus Vaccination, we are implementing a new rule in the salon before we can see you for treatments that require a patch test. Vaccination is classed as a major change to your medical history, so you will need to inform us of the date on which you were vaccinated: we are required to observe a 2 week ‘safety’ window before we can see you for treatments. A patch test 48 hours before your appointment is required as is usual regardless of whether or not you have had a vaccination. We are making these changes to ensure both yours and our health is not compromised, and we are taking care of everything to minimise the risk.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. Late arrival will result in shortened treatment time. Treatments will be charged at full price.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you are unable to attend an appointment so that we may rebook the time to another client. It is with regret that we now impose a charge of 50% of the total treatment cost for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice. For cancellations on the day of the appointment or missed appointments (no show) we impose a charge of 100% of the total treatment cost.
To respect the relaxing environment we wish to create and also to comply with current health and safety regulations, we request that children and babies are not brought into the salon.
All courses must be paid in full at time of booking and completed within 6 months and are non-refundable. Missed appointments may result in treatments deducted from your course.
We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the Cancellations Policy.
Available for treatments and products, are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of your treatment. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Our expert team will be delighted to assist you if you need advice. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and change will not be given if it is exchanged for goods or services less than its face value.

We ask that all handheld electronics are turned off for the relaxation of all clients.

Refunds and Exchanges
Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Solea Beauty. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
