Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. Late arrival will result in shortened treatment time. Treatments will be charged at full price.

Health and Safety

To ensure the safety of our clients, staff and their families please do not attend the salon if you feel unwell or have been unwell in the 48 hours prior to your appointment. If this is the case please contact us to reschedule your appointment for a later date

If you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid 19 which include high fever, continuous cough, loss of sense of smell and taste, please reschedule your appointment. If you have been in contact with anyone with symptoms, or anyone in your household has symptoms, and reschedule your appointment for a later date.

Please inform your therapist of any medical condition including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.

Patch Tests

It is an insurance requirement that a sensitivity patch test is carried out before certain treatments can be performed. Any client that has a reaction to the patch test must not be allowed to have the full treatment. Once a client has had a successful patch test, a repeat patch test is required if:
a) more than six months has elapsed before the client last had a patch test OR a treatment,
b) the manufacturer of the products you are using stipulates that a patch test are required more frequently than every six months

If you have any allergies prior to your appointment, please inform us at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you are unable to attend an appointment so that we may rebook the time to another client. It is with regret that we now impose a charge of 50% of the total treatment cost for cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice. For cancellations on the day of the appointment or missed appointments (no show) we impose a charge of 100% of the total treatment cost.

Children

To respect the relaxing environment we wish to create and also to comply with current health and safety regulations, we request that children and babies are not brought into the salon.

Courses

All courses must be paid in full at time of booking and completed within 6 months and are non-refundable. Missed appointments may result in treatments deducted from your course.

Deposits

We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the Cancellations Policy.

Gift Vouchers

Available for treatments and products, are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of your treatment. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Our expert team will be delighted to assist you if you need advice. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and change will not be given if it is exchanged for goods or services less than its face value.

Mobile Phones, Smart Phones and Tablets

We ask that all handheld electronics are turned off for the relaxation of all clients.

Our prices are subject to change without notice. E&OE.

Refunds and Exchanges

Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Solea Beauty. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
